Rentals at Cariocca range from £35 a week for our smallest unit, to £350 a week for our largest, which entitles all our tenants to the following services:

  • Selected reception services (others available for nominal charge) from our friendly office team.

At Cariocca, there’s no long-term lease to tie you down, which means that our Licencees never need to limit the growth of their operations, production, and workforce in order to stick with a long commitment. Versatility and room for development are key to the success of any new or growing business, which is why we will always stand by our easy-in, easy out ethos.

Whether you are moving on entirely, or relocating to one of our larger units, our friendly team is always there to ensure that the transition can be made as smoothly as possible.

What do you need to rent an office?

Moving into our units is incredibly simple, and as soon as you have found the right space for your business, we will only require:

  • One month’s rent in advance
  • A small deposit to cover electricity and keys
  • Proof of Public Liability Insurance (required by law)
  • Employment Liability Insurance (if you employ people)
Our team is here to ensure that your move is made as swift and simple as possible. You will be free to move into your unit and begin with business-as-usual as soon as you have collected your keys.

What Will I Need to do When It’s Time to Move Out?

Moving on from your unit is as simple as moving into it. When you feel the time has come to make a change, all you need to do is provide us with one calendar months’ notice; our aim is to support the development of SMEs, not to hinder their progress, and we won’t surprise you with any last-minute policies or unfair waiting periods if you feel the time has come to move on.
